How are Genesis callused cuttings different?
See how Genesis™ direct-stick callused cuttings offer an advantage over other cuttings by visiting our Product Forms page.
In general, Genesis cuttings greatly speed up the rooting process. We've already begun that process at the farm, so when it gets to you there will already be shoots. Many perennial classes can benefit from this headstart, like Lavender and Armeria, which can be difficult to root or elongate the process.
Overall, Genesis callused cuttings:
- Require less labor
- Have a shortened crop time
- Leads to less shrink/loss
- Reduce input costs
- Have better branching and more flowers
- Require no propagation
You can watch Chris Fifo explain a bit more about Genesis callused cuttings vs standard URC in this video.
What varieties are available in Genesis direct-stick callused cuttings?
