What You Missed At MANTS

The Mid Atlantic Nursery Trade Show always kick-starts the calendar year to learn about new products. While this year’s event had to overcome several “logistics” obstacles to get high-traffic visitors to the show (winter weather road closures, flight cancellations, and peak Omicron cases) our crew was excited to be on-site to showcase the latest perennials and tools for the industry.

Some observations from our vantage-point on the show floor:

  • The highly motivated attendees were very interested in our newest introductions. You just can’t beat the excitement for new plants!

  • Artemisia SunFern™ got the most attention. People often did a double-take and came back to the booth.

  • The new Coreopsis UpTick™ Red grabbed eyeballs, too. The saturated color was hard to miss.

  • Lysimachia ‘Night Light’ was one of those plants that intrigued everyone who looked at it. A very “moody” option for shade gardens.

  • And visitors were amazed at the bud count on such a small Buddleia of our Chrysalis series. They weren’t in-color at the show, but you could definitely see the potential.

We want to thank everyone that did make it to the show and stopped by our display. It helped make MANTS a success for us this year and we can't wait to see more of you again soon.
